Windows 10 Repair. Stuck at bootscreen

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me with repairing my Windows 10 PC. Unfortunately, I have tried various troubleshooting steps but they didn't work and I am still stuck at the boot screen. Specifically, I am stuck at the Windows logo. Before attempting any repairs, I need to back up my important files and data.
