Windows Registry Scanner & Cleaner

I'm seeking a freelancer to develop a Windows Registry Scanner and Cleaner. The main purpose of this tool is to scan the registry based on string search word(s) and find and remove invalid entries. This project will utilize the Windows System Registry features of Find, Find Next, and the keyboard strokes F3 to Find Next, and Delete (to delete entry) and Enter (to confirm) Find, Delete, Enter (confirm), F3 (find next) looping through until all STRING entries in the textbox are located and deleted.

The application will need to loop through the registry and get a count on all registry keys with the "string" in the name. Then an option checkbox to check individual, or a select all option where the registry Find, Keyboard Delete and confirm by Enter, and F3 to Find Next and loop through all entries until they are all deleted.

Then either a db or csv file to save previous searches so the textbox is a combobox to select previous string options.

I will not pay anything up front and only release funds upon verification of proof of concept executable, and half when code is delivered, and the balance when code is verified.
