Windows & Mac Compatible Program

I would like to hire someone that is able to develop a program with a GUI that interacts with eastbay.com. These interactions will include scanning the website for a specific product, adding this product to the shopping cart, and then using saved profiles in order to check out the product. The program should be able to handle multiple threads and also have proxy support.
