Windows Log File

Hi, I have downloaded a Windows Log file from my previous place of work. I need someone who is verified and has some sort of qualification to do this as I need to present it in Mediation Proceedings to prove the hours I had worked. Can you please tell me if this data is sufficient in:
1. Determining my login and logout times on a daily basis?
2. Please let me know what your qualification is and I need a copy of the qualification. I understand that you need basic Windows Server experience to do this and it is not a huge job as it can be done easily with filters. The only reason I don't want to do it is because I need it verfied by someone qualified
3. Please advise the cost
I have uploaded 2 versions of the file (there is no need to do 2 versions - they are just the same information as I downloaded the files in a hurry before I gave up my laptop and I wasn't sure which file would be useful)
I need this done asap please.
