Windows Hyper-V - get working on Client Computer

Issue: Hyper-V is not connecting to my Hyper-V Server
Client Computer:

Installed RAM 32.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
We will do a screen sharing to inspect the issue with the Hyper-V set up on the client computer and test to ensure it is set up correctly. You will monitor what is happening on the client-side and supply technical assistance in resolving the issue. The approximate time frame is one hour. Error message attached.
The Hyper-V was working perfectly on a prior computer, so the issue is not on the server-side.
This is time-sensitive and I am looking for someone who can have this completed tomorrow at a set time. The project must be completed between 10 AM EST and 3 PM EST.
