Windows Group Policy Configuration & Print Storage

I have a store where a cashier operates from a PC. The PC is running Windows OS. My requirements are as follows:
- Group Policy Configuration: I need an expert to set up a group policy for the user of the PC. This policy should ensure that only my POS application can be accessed and run by the user. This is crucial for security and efficiency reasons in my store.
- Print Storage: Every print job that occurs on this PC needs to be saved as an image file (JPEG, PNG) in a specific drive. The purpose of this is to maintain a record of all the transactions and receipts generated at the POS.
I do not require remote access for monitoring or changes. The ideal candidate for this project should have:
