Windows Desktop Support Engineer
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a skilled desktop engineer to keep our Windows-based workstations running smoothly. Day to day you will:
• Install and configure new and upgraded software on employee PCs
• Diagnose and resolve hardware faults—everything from RAM failures to display issues
Most of the activity can be handled through secure remote tools, but there will be moments when a desk-side visit is the quickest fix. Because of that, I value someone who is comfortable toggling between remote sessions and short on-site calls (our office is in the city centre; parking is available).
Please be ready to:
• Work exclusively with Windows 10/11 environments
• Document each intervention so future audits are straightforward
• Coordinate with me in advance for any on-site appointments
