Windows Desktop Inventory Management Application

We require a windows desktop inventory management application that records inboud and outbound products with transport delivery to various destination and warehouses. Must be able to record weights from the weighbridge and a field to manually record temperature. We then need to be able to print a delivery note and invoice from the system with reports to pdf and excle formats
