Windows Delivery Ticket Software
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a Windows-based desktop application that lets my team issue and track delivery tickets while giving management complete control over every record and setting. A secure login should decide whether the user sees the full Admin dashboard or the streamlined employee screen.
• Admins enjoy unrestricted control: they can manage all settings, edit any record, and configure user permissions.
• Employees can only create new tickets, view existing ones, and look up ticket history; they must never be able to change dates, edit saved records, or delete anything.
Core scope
– Native Windows 10/11 app (stand-alone installer or EXE).
– Local or networked database with audit logging.
– Ticket form capturing customer, job site, materials, quantities, driver, truck, signature, and auto-generated ticket numbers, plus print/PDF export.
– Search and reporting filtered by date, customer, or driver.
– Role-based security that enforces the limitations above.
Deliverables
1. Compiled installer and all source code.
2. Database schema and setup script.
3. Brief user/admin guide.
Acceptance criteria
• Application installs and runs on our test workstation.
• Admin can perform every configuration task.
• Employee role cannot alter or delete existing data.
• All actions are logged with timestamp and user ID.
• Sample ticket exports correctly to PDF.
Let me know the tech stack you recommend (for example, C#/.NET WPF with SQL Server Express) and your estimated timeline so we can move forward quickly.
