OBJECTIVE
Design offline learning software that allows students to:
• Log in themselves
• Take tests including both multiple choice and short-answer keyword-based questions
• Accumulate personal points
• When they have enough points, unlock access to software and resources on the computer
This model encourages learning and is suitable for school computer labs, libraries, or learning centers without an Internet connection.

Students: Log in, take tests, earn points to unlock computer access.
Teachers / Administrators: Manage the question bank, student list, results, and system settings.

MAIN FEATURES
1. Lock entire computer interface
• When the computer starts, the software runs full screen and blocks access to other applications.
• Students can only work within the software to take tests.
2. Student login
• Students log in using their name + student ID.
• If new, the system auto-creates a profile starting at 0 points.
• Shows: current total points, access status.
3. Take tests
• Tests include:
• MCQ: Choose A/B/C/D
• Short-answer keyword: Student types a short answer → system checks if the keyword is present
• After each test:
• Calculate score
• Add to student’s total points
• Save history (date, score, test type)
4. Unlock mechanism based on points
• When enough points are earned, students can:
• Open basic software (Notepad, Paint, etc.)
• Access learning resource folders
• (Optional) Log in to the OS account with full permissions
• Unlock levels are configurable. Example:
Total Points Unlock Access To
< 300 Only take tests
≥ 300 Use Notepad, Paint
≥ 500 Access learning folders
≥ 800 Open offline browser
≥ 1000 Full computer access
5. Teacher/Admin mode
• Access via admin password
• Can:
• Add/edit/delete questions (MCQ and short-answer)
• View student scores
• edit test , update questions.
• questions must change randomly not same
•easy ui for all student and admin . Admin can track everything easily
• Track test history
• Import/export data (CSV, Excel)
• Set point levels and allowed software for each level
