Use to EV code signing certificate for windows application

We have developed a software (www.ai-proctor.com). We are a company located in Egypt. The software is running excellent with no issues. We are using it with some customers and we have an OV code signing certificate. However, Windows 10 is warning the users through the windows smart screen! This is disturbing some of our users.
We have been trying to get an EV code signing certificate for a very long time (since Feb). We already bought it from Comdo. But unfortunately, they would like to verify the company existence in some governmental databases that actually are not meant to list IT companies! So we have been in a dead lock for months now
We are currently establishing a company in the States to use it to get our EV certificate. However, we have to ship our software to a customer in 5 days. We want to get our program signed with EV certificate. Hence, we want to use the certificate of another company and do the job until we get our new company established. This maybe for another 2 months maximum, then we will not use it
We want to send you the program, get it signed, and send it to us back. We understand that you will be listed as the publisher for these versions, but that's fine for now as we need to go through the windows smart screen, which is not smart at all!
