Troubleshoot My Windows PC

I'm seeking technical support to address three main issues with my PC:
- Bluetooth Connectivity: Despite no error messages, my devices won't pair or connect via Bluetooth.
It says BT is turned off, but cant find where to turn on, maybe Bluetooth is somehow not active.
- Speed Optimization: My computer has become significantly slow, impacting my productivity.
I press shift ctrl and esc but except for Chrome sometimes hoarding RAM all seems fine
- Printer Issue: Encounter difficulties while trying to print; need this resolved efficiently.
printer only available for receiving emails, not installable, and it prints colors in a strange way even after refilling toners.
