I need a coder who can take my data-heavy workflow and turn it into a clean, reliable Windows desktop application. The goal is to let non-technical staff enter, edit, search, and report on records without ever touching a spreadsheet again.
Core expectations
• A modern, responsive UI that feels native on Windows 10/11
• Local or embedded database (SQLite, LiteDB, or a lightweight SQL engine) with clear CRUD operations
• Import/export to CSV and, ideally, simple PDF reporting
• Role-based login so I can grant or restrict access to specific screens
• An installer that places the app, creates any required dependencies, and adds an automatic updater
