Thunderbird Setup & Backups

I need someone who can install a profile file on a new thunderbird installation.
Profile is on an external SSD.
This has to be done on a temporally pc.
In about 1 week a new pc will arrive and you will have to do it again on the new pc.

Also I want to create an automatic daily backup from my files and emails.
The backup should be stored locally on an external pc, not in a cloud.

What we need
• Basic knowledge about Thunderbird and their profiles
• knowledge about a backupsystem in windows 11 on an external SSD drive.
• Simple restore instructions included (one-page text file is enough) so I can get everything back quickly if needed
Simple instruction how to add files and folders to the daily backup
Automatic deletion after a certain time, so the SSD card will not be full
• Written confirmation (or log screenshot) of a successful test backup and restore

This has to been done quickly and under supervision of me. Because of the business secrets on the pc.
