Taskbar thumbnails not working in Windows 10 Pro ver 21H2

Taskbar thumbnails not working in Windows 10 but the following is working:
a. Programs loading from right click of program thumbnails
b. Programs work from desktop icon and start but not from taskbar
c. Calculator thumbnail is working
Already updated Windows and all drivers to latest.
Need Remote Fix (Not reinstall/restore) for flat fee.
