Surface Pro 8 Keyboard Fix

I'm seeking a specialist in Windows and Microsoft Surface devices to resolve a keyboard recognition issue on my Surface Pro 8.
The keyboard stopped working after a system update.
I have already tried rebooting and restoring to a previous state.
Currently, the touchscreen and other input methods work fine. An error message appeared when the keyboard malfunctioned (it is recognizing as a generic keyboard, not original, that is why is not working plugged)
