Super Urgent- Windows 10 File /folder / Login Security Plan

I’m a python developer and I sold over 200 individual scripts to a company in my local area. They have made a down payment and they are required to make 12 more monthly installment payments. The company wants to have the 2 dell optioned machines that run windows 10 on their premises so I need to hire a windows expert to create a security plan in the next 12 hours. No admin login credentials or any logins will be provided to the customer, so I need to secure the pcs from tamper attempts such as software that promises to bypass windows password la and windows logins. I also need to be alerted if such event occurres. And ideally all behavior on the computer should be logged and provided to me in a daily report.
