Solution for using Windows 8.1 (Home) remotely while computer is locked

I am looking for a solution. Either an existing program, or a program that needs tweaking; that allows me to remote access my desktop while it is in its lock screen.

I am trying to keep it locked (as in, if I was at my computer, I would find it locked), but I would be able to access what's behind it using another computer.
