Sewing Machine Service Management Software

We are a sewing machine service shop and we need a software to create repair job slip by entering the following details:

Customer phone number
Customer Name
Machine Model Name
Delivery date and time

Once this is done, a print containing all details should print and a message should go to them on whatsapp.

After the mechanic repairs the product, he should inform the computer operater and it should have a place to mark as repaired in the system and an automatic WhatsApp message should be sent to the customer with the amount.

We are OK if this is all built in Excel also.

After that, once the delivery is done, we should be able to click a button and mark as delivered.
