Setup a virtual desktop interface

Hello Freelancers,
We want to increase security of our digital data. That's why we want to implement Virtual Desktop Interface that is VDI in our organisation. Our remote employees will directly work on that PC using any VDI client. We are looking for open source solution. Here are the points to implement in the environment.
1. We will use Windows 10 operating system.
2. You have to implement administrator account so using this admin account new employee can be added and existing employee can be deleted or blocked at any time. Administrator should see the access time statistics for each employee.
3. Employee must not transfer the files from his system to any other system. They also can't upload files from the local computer to our server. They can't also install new softwares or can't uninstall an existing software.
4. Any time we should see the activity of any employee live.
