Set Windows 10 policies

I have a Windows 10 laptop with 2 accounts: Admin and User.
I need to set some restrictions to User account so that, for exmaple, Games, Camera, Windows Store etc do not appear accessible for them.
I have set these restrictions in a xxx.msc file, but I have no way to update to my laptop, so that these policies are applied.
