Sepm server not downloading virus updates

Sepm out of 2 Servers 1 server failing to get live definitions through live update. Both servers connect to live definitions through proxy, one of them being successful while the other being failed. The rules configured on proxy are same for both sepm servers. While production server able to download virus definitions, but DR fails to get live updates. Also DR IP address leaving Proxy even removed exception on settings. Which causing the firewall to drop that traffic. We can see from screen shots the sepm server deviates from proxy even though the live update urls already present in proxy. While the PR server passes through proxy and gets live updates.
