We are looking for an experienced Windows Desktop Application Developer to develop a secure biometric registration system for candidate verification.

The application will capture fingerprint biometrics using Mantra or Morpho fingerprint devices, collect basic candidate details, and capture a photograph from the webcam. The system must be secure, reliable, and built following industry standards.

The software will be used for identity verification and biometric registration of candidates, ensuring accurate and secure data capture.

Scope of Work:

Develop a Windows Desktop Application
Integrate Mantra or Morpho fingerprint scanner devices
Capture and store fingerprint biometric data
Capture candidate photograph using webcam
Record basic candidate information
Implement secure data storage and verification mechanisms

Main Features:

Candidate Registration

Capture candidate details (Name, ID, contact, etc.)
Capture fingerprint using Mantra / Morpho biometric device
Capture photo from webcam
Validate and save the registration data

Biometric Integration

Integration with Mantra or Morpho SDK
Real-time fingerprint capture
Quality check before saving biometric data
Ability to capture multiple fingerprints
