Work responsibilities:
• Window Server 2012 R2 – Installation and Configure Active Directory – Create Users / Groups / OUs or disable users and reset password or unlock account in AD. (Server 2012 R2 and Server 2016)
• Provides Active Directory permissions, Group permissions and OU permissions.
• Provides support for Group Policy Administration working closely with the Desktop Architecture and Systems Security teams.
• Runs Microsoft WSUS to perform Monthly Security Patching for Windows Server Environment.
• VMware Virtualization – Installation and Configure ESXi 6.5 / 7.0, Add Local or Share Storage (iSCSI & NFS), Manage ESXi - VM, Create / Register VM, VMware Tools, Configure Hot Plug, Snapshot, VM - Files.
• Analyze and troubleshoot VMware server deployment and virtualization issues.
• Effective use of the company incident management solution
• Microsoft Office 365 – Add / delete user and assigned Licensing, Add guest user for temporary access in Microsoft Office 365.
• Provide MFA (Multifactor Authentication) access to the user for extra security in Office 365.
• Installation and Configure Microsoft Outlook in user’s desktop and laptop.
• Create / Remove and Disable Email ID’s on from our service provider (GoDaddy) webmail Server console.
• Increase and decrease Mailbox size as per requirement.
• Configure emails on iPhone and Other Mobile.
• Microsoft Teams – For Internal Communication and sharing documents.
• Providing share folder and other access to the user as per their project requirement.
• Handling Azure Active Directory Console – Sync Domain user to office 365, Providing require access to the user/group.
• Check Primary Network connectivity and Connection Setting and configure it.
• Veeam Backup and Replication – Full backup and incremental backup.
