Run/Import licensed program to another machine -- 4

The problem?
We use an app in Windows that is licensed on the machine itself and also selected by the app server, probably by fingerprint of the machine.
I need to run this app remotely.

We already use some remote access software like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc. All work normally, but after the remote access application some are blocked.
The app checks for active services and does not validate/license as we need to.

We have already thought of some solutions:
1. IDEAL: Import the entire application with its files to an external machine. In this emulate the original environment to pass the server fingerprint.

2. ALTERNATIVE 2: Run the application in a controlled/isolated environment, where the application cannot see the services running. So we could use the application and a remote access tool in parallel.

3. ALTERNATIVE 3: A customized remote access tool stealth, in order to always hide your windows services operation.

4. ALTERNATIVE 4: We are willing to accept other resolution ideas that you propose.

What will the development environment look like?
We will provide a computer with the licensed program, accessible with a remote access tool not yet blocked.
