Remote Support hands on like Teamviewer similar applications
Good English Communication
Windows and Mac browser cleanups and temp files cleaners to optimize the Computers.
Setting up Outlook and other clients for client on request
Team Communication skills
Ticket Management and solving skills are needed.
Managing Restore points
If you have a understanding of French then it would be plus(+) point, please note it will be a monthly contract plus performance based bonus.
