Recover data from SSD disk

My windows 10 crashed. My brother wanted to install new Windows 10 for me, he make mistake and formatted my SSD 2 times while windows installetion. So I installed Win 10 om my HDD so that I can use Recovery Tools to recover the data from my SSD. I tried a lot of Recovery Tools but didn't work. I got data but not all data, most of the data are after first format and not before crashing.
The SSD has 2 partitions.
