RTK GPS - Geofencing fixed obstacle avoidance application

his is not a complex project, just has to be agile and bug free.
Geo-fencing application for windows and to provide input to ABB PLC with updated GPS-corrected data
Vehicles and trucks will operate in an area approx 2km square (operational area)
The vehicles will be fitted with an RTK GPS receiver, and the data from the receivers will be sent by local wifi to host the PLC system with integrated Windows 10 IoT panel PC as HMI
The PLC will log them on and off the operational area as they enter or leave.
As there is fixed infrastructure in the operational area, multiple exclusion zones will be set based on these areas.
The system will trigger an alert to the ID vehicle of his approach to that zone and an alarm if he exceeds the minimum clearance distances.
An expert and knowledge of RTK GPS-based vehicle tracking systems and Geofencing are required.
