Quicken 2017 Installation & Troubleshooting on Windows

I'm in need of a professional who can assist me with the installation and troubleshooting of my Quicken 2017 software on my new Windows computer.
I've tried reinstalling the software and running it in compatibility mode, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work. The software loads, but then it disappears. I have the original CD for the software, but I believe Quicken does not support this edition anymore.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive knowledge of Quicken software, Windows operating systems, and software troubleshooting. Please provide your experience with similar projects in your bid. Thank you.
