Project Title: Photo Editing app Review ($15 for a 250+ word review)

- The app is designed for Microsoft Windows platform.
- The specific aspect that needs to be reviewed is the User Interface and Features.
- The review needs to include both star rating (out of 5) and detailed feedback.
- The candidate should be able to provide an unbiased review, highlighting both the strengths and weaknesses of the user interface.
