Openseadragon Setup on Windows -- 2

I need assistance installing OpenSeadragon on my Windows PC via Zoom.

Requirements:
- Help with prerequisites and dependencies installation.
- Setup of Zoomify to create .dzi tiling files.
- Display the tiled file in a local browser.

Ideal Skills:
