Need Help Setting Up Connect Wise Remote Access For A Very Specific Need
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We connect with clients to perform data extractions of their cell phones, check for spyware, or other services that we need to connect remotely with clients.
For us to get what we need, here is a breakdown that we need to:
1- Connect with a clients computer using connect wise . Usually we send an email & when they open it, then it starts the connectwise software.
2- Have the client download connect wise & let us have access to the computer
3- Client Plugs their phone into the USB drive
4- We then connect to their computer & share their USB drive with our computer (because we need to run our software from our main comupter's USB Donggle)
5- We run our software and provide them a report.
I know there are several different ways to do this, but I am looking for somebody who has already done it with connect wise because I know for a fact it works. I am not sure if its best to make a virtual computer, or use a bridge, or VPN, but I need to hire somebody who can recommend & test that it works.
Please respond "I can do it bro" to make sure you actually even read this. I do not want to deal with time wasters, or somebody who has not done this. I will pay in milestones to make sure you can actually deliver what we need.
I am open to any other suggestions or ideas if you have a better alternative, but I know for a fact that this works as this is what we have used for years. I just need to set up my own. Please help.
