Make USB installation media for unattended Windows 10 Pro installation.

I have a computer without monitor and need ISO I can put on a USB memory stick for unattended Windows 10 Pro installation.
Requirements for installation:
- Unattended Install Windows 10 Pro with Norwegian language. I think the config to make unattended installation is in english, so it should make no difference. If I am mistaken, then english Windows is ok.
- Unattended make partition and format hard drive for the installation.
- Unattended activate remote desktop for local network access so I can connect to the computer when installation is finished. Very important.
- Use the generic windows license key so I can replace this with my own key when I have remote desktop access.
The computer has 1 M.2 Hard drive (128 GB) and is connected to local network with ethernet cable.
