MSI EXE INSTALL

I am looking for someone to create an MSI EXE installer for a specific software that I need installed on Windows operating systems. The software is not Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Suite, but another program that I will specify. I require the installer to have custom settings for installation configurations.
