Integrate portable app to Windows PE/sergei strelec -- 2

We are looking for someone who can integrate for us a testing tool in Windows PE Sergei Strelec or just a simple Windows PE bootable ISO. The testing tool is a simple EXE file. We managed to get it within the portable apps in Sergei Strelec, however when we try to run it on the USB stick the program does not open.

Therefore we need someone with more experience in this who can either integrate this for us in a ISO of Windows PE or Windows PE Sergei Strelec.
