Install a Tech Device in Hong Kong, China

We are in need of a tech that can work by the hour to help my company install a computer and sensors while working on a scissor lift on a device that is 13 foot high. It will take about 20 hours of work time and will require the person to be onsite at the location. Please quote hourly rate and we will pay travel costs. Due to Covid you must be a resident of Hong Kong.
