Help in passing through Windows defender

We have a software that we have developed. we are located in Egypt and we are having a hard time getting an EV code signing certificate. We got the individual certificate but we can't get the EV code signing certificate. We would like to pass this stage by any means. I found in Microsoft website that I can submit my software for Malware analysis. I would like someone to help either to get EV certificate for us, or help us in the Microsoft Malware analysis tool to make sure our software doesn't stop with Microsoft defender, and hopefully other antivirus software
