HTTPS using TSL 1.2 in Delphi 5

Delphi 5 code required for posting a request to a secure website using https and TLS 1.2 for sending text messages. The code I have created works in Windows 10, but not Windows 7 because I haven't been able to get winhttp in Windows 7 to send securely as TLS 1.2
The Delphi 5 code running under Windows 10 is being processed using a Windows VB script file.
