File Monitoring and OneDrive + Google Drive setup and explanation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
OS: Windows 11
Clouds: Google Drive and OneDrive are already set up and are backing up the same folders (Sync mode, not backup)
Problems & Concerns:
1- My hard drive's space fluctuates, and I am worried that some files are being deleted unbeknownst to me
2- I am not sure if all my files are synced, maybe some files aren't in the cloud
3- I have nearly 1TB of data. Synced by both Google Drive and OneDrive.
3.1- If I transferred my data to a new PC via cable/hard drive, will I be able to resume sync normally, or do I have to set up sync as a new device?
3.2- If I restored my files via either cloud (Google Drive or OneDrive), will the files be recognised by the other cloud as existing files, or will it back them up as if they're new files?
What I aim to do:
1- Make sure that both Google Drive and OneDrive have all my files
2- Make sure that I am able to resume syncing normally with both clouds in my new (not set up) computer, instead of having to set up a new backup and have duplicate files on cloud
3- Monitor my files to see if there's any deletion or changes, while also logging these changes in my files (only in Documents and Pictures)
