Extract data from screen capture and create printable form

Create an executable program that screen grabs 2 tabs in a program and extracts text data from the grab into a printable form.
Since two screen captures of separate tabs are needed to fill the form out, the executable program would either switch between the tabs for the user or prompt the user to switch tab or time wait for the user to switch between tabs.
