We have a Windows 2019 dedicated server running the Chinese messaging Line app. Users are experiencing lag and we need a windows expert to inspect the machine for issues, malicious traffic and optimize the performance of the server. We have several servers in the same data center and only this server has issues so we do not believe it is a network issue but rather specific to the server.
