Develop an app to auto adjust RMS + KBPS
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I would like an app created for windows that allows me to select an input folder of audio files, output folder, and it will automatically adjust the audio files to an RMS between within the specific volume range of -23dB and -18dB RMS, and the kbps to 192. The GUI can be very basic, just functional.
I would like to be able to set the RMS and KBPS range, with the default options being the ones above. It has to do this elegantly - it can't butcher the audio.
