Custom DICOM Printing Software Development for windows printer

I am looking for a skilled software developer to create a specialized DICOM Printing Software for me. The software should be compatible with Windows operating systems only. The software's primary function will be DICOM image printing, with the added requirement of supporting custom print sizes as well as film printing along with other features such as image processing.

- Development of DICOM image printing software
- Ensuring compatibility with Windows OS
- Supporting custom print sizes and film printing
- have the capability to print on CANON AND EPSON printers
- Software connects with all modalities such X- ray , CT, MRI and Ultrasound.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in DICOM software development
- Strong proficiency in Windows software development
- Knowledge of printing custom sizes and film printing
- Knowledge of using FO-DICOM, DCMTK, OAK-DICOM
- Previous experience of developing a similar software.
