I am looking for a program that monitors a computer folder and sends an email via SMTP when a new file is uploaded.
It must have a settings screen that allows me to set the SMTP settings, the folder to be monitored, and the email subject and message.
Please be able to speak English well. I do not release funds until the program works correctly.
