Create a windows app

This project is about creating a simple Windows applications into a network of multiple PCs.
Let say PC A has 3 monitor.
Monitor 1
Monitor 2
are used all the time by the user of PC A
Monitor 3
is controled by the App installed on PC B which is on the same network. The app will let User of PC B to display videos or pictures on the monitor 3 of PC A.
BUT,
PC A will have a button in task bar to click on. This button will copy monitor 2 into monitor 3 for a period of time of 5 mins. If will show a little countdown on the lower screen with an option to get more time. Then after this period, it will return to the original content managed by PC B.
