Create a set of virtual instances on EWS & set up cloning procedure

I want to set up a pretty simple set of virtual instances on EWS. 5 machines, all Windows.

I will describe what machine should be connected to what other machine when the bid is accepted.

The main interfaces will be IPv4. I will pay a $25 bonus if you can also set up IPv6 connections (as I describe).

I will also pay $25 bonus if you can set up mirroring on one of the machines so that all packets go to a mirrored virtual instance.

I also need a procedure so that all of this can be recreated automatically. This will be a sandbox system which we want to destroy after use. But, we need a simple procedure to recreate automatically.

I will pay up to $50 for the basic setup. Then, $25 bonus for IPv6, and $25 for mirroring.

I need this in 4 days or less.
