Copy and paste windows application

Looking for a programmer to develop a software that can sequentially paste all copied items. The program should be able to paste the items in different locations, not just in a specific spot. This includes web pages as well. For example, if five copy and paste operations are performed, the program should paste the five items in different locations.

The platform for the application must be Windows.
