Hello, I need A PC Support Request From Client for Support Team
. When a user need in network request Support by a Windows Application Send Support Request Then Support Team By IP Address can solve problem (In this way We used Netsupport Manager) No need this.
Just Need Send Request from Client and see Ip Request Support and then in Support Team see All problem from all other PC send request
Also need some feature like See All PC Processor that Agent Cient Installed and some other report like Mainboard , CPU Mode, Hard Space free and other ...
