Comprehensive Onsite IT Support Needed in Brussels, Belgium
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am seeking a skilled IT support engineer, able to work onsite and support a growing team of 51-100 users. The job coverage includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Hardware troubleshooting: The ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware issues is a must. Our infrastructure mostly consists of Dell hardware, familiarity with which would be highly beneficial.
- Software installations: You'll also be in charge of software installations. It's important to ensure that all computers have the necessary programs for our team to operate efficiently.
- Network configuration: Experience in network configuration is required. A good understanding of Cisco network equipments will be advantageous.
Lastly, prior experience in laptop setup and supporting users is essential, as a good majority of our team uses laptops. If you're a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills, I would love to hear from you.
