Commandbox and CFWheels Setup on Windows

I need assistance with the installation and setup of both Commandbox and CFWheels on my Windows operating system. Could in fact be a Mac environment. I'm looking for an experienced professional who is familiar with these tools and can ensure a smooth and successful installation.

Must have experience in both CFWheels and Commandbox (this a must have and is non negotiable)
